We are proud to announce our International Student Animated Film Festival ANIMAFANTASIA2023!
Once again this year we return to Iassy to celebrate our 11th edition in style – this October* 16th to 28th**. *
2023 edition represents a fine mix between physical and online events.
Trust us, you don’t want to miss out on this!
Our call for entry is open – from 15th June until 30th September 2023.
The International Student Animated Film Festival Animafantasia is a vocal advocate for young filmmakers who push the boundaries of their work to the fullest range of expression that the medium is capable of.
As usual, the main purpose of this festival is to present a highly selective showcase of the best new works of animation from around the world.
Our mission is to cultivate and promote the art and science of animated film through education and cross-cultural awareness. We strive for a world in which enlightenment, knowledge and tolerance prevail. We believe animation, as an art form, has the power to bridge cultures and illuminate the universality of the human experience.
As to provide a space for young animation creators from all backgrounds to present their work to an appreciative audience and offer an opportunity for their art to be recognized, we include an immersive and secured VIDEO ON DEMANDS/STREAMING platform for people from all over the world.
