Die 19. Ausgabe von VIENNA SHORTS findet von 25. bis 30. Mai 2022 in Wiener Kinos und bis 30. Juni online statt. Rund 360 Filme aus 70 Ländern sind beim internationalen Kurzfilmfestival zu sehen, wobei die vier Wettbewerbe das Herzstück bilden. Der diesjährige Schwerpunkt dreht sich unter dem Titel We’ve Come A Long Long Way Together um analogen Film, eine Personale ist der kolumbianisch-französischen Künstlerin Laura Huertas Millán gewidmet. Darüber hinaus stehen u.a. ein mitreißendes Live-Konzert von ANTHEA, spätabendliche Genre-Programme und Open-Air-Screenings an.

The 19th edition of VIENNA SHORTS will take place from May 25 to 30, 2022 in cinemas and until June 30 online. Around 360 films from 70 countries can be seen at the international short film festival, with four competitions as its centerpiece. This year’s focus is on analog film titled We’ve Come A Long Long Way Together, and a portrait is dedicated to the Colombian-French artist Laura Huertas Millán. In addition, you can look forward to a rousing live concert by ANTHEA, late night genre programs and open air screenings.

ITSLIQUID Group, in collaboration with Venice Events, ACIT Venice – Italian-German Cultural Association, and EGO’ Boutique Hotel is pleased to announce the open call for VISIONS, third appointment of ANIMA MUNDI 2022, that will take place in Venice at Palazzo Albrizzi-Capello from June 16 to July 06, 2022, at Palazzo Bembo – Venice Grand Canal from June 17 to July 06, 2022, and at THE ROOM Contemporary Art Space from June 18 to July 06, 2022, during the 59th Venice Biennale of Art.

The festival focuses on the concept of ANIMA MUNDI, that according to several historical cultures, religions and philosophical systems, is an intrinsic connection between all living entities on the planet, which relates to the world in a similar way as the human soul is connected to the human body.

ANIMA MUNDI is the invisible energy behind all the natural and artificial elements that allows the planet to live. Thanks to the hidden connections of ANIMA MUNDI, all the ecosystems of the Earth, before and after the appearance of mankind, found their equilibrium, their ways to live and develop themselves, to transform and evolve. All the beings of the planet, plants, minerals, animals are permeated by a secret force that has always stimulated human thought and research.

ANIMA MUNDI 2022 – VISIONS

The participation includes the following services
– exhibition space dedicated to the artist’s works
– assisting with customs formalities, international shipping and local transport
– assisting in finding accommodation
– the design and the printing of invitation cards, posters
– the global and local press office, publicity, press, banners, totem, etc.
– the realization of the exhibition website and dedicated press releases
– mounting and dismounting of the exhibition
– exhibitions opening event with drinks and food
– a dedicated interview published on ITSLIQUID website and spread on our social networks
– providing services and drinks for small meetings at the exhibition places for invited guests
– a printed catalogue that will include all the participants

Artists interested in taking part in our shows are free to be sponsored and supported by institutions, organizations, governments, and their representatives; the logos of their sponsors will be included in all the communication (digital and print) of the events. Artists are free to take part in one or more events. Click here to take part in the selection.

Artists, photographers, video makers, and performers are invited to submit their works. To take part in the selection, send your works submissions with a CV/biography, some still images (for video-art), links to videos/films/performances and pictures via e-mail to director@itsliquid.com

Greetings from Rajasthan Studio.

On the occasion of India’s 75th year of Independence, Rajasthan Studio in collaboration with the ICCR (Indian Council for Cultural Relations) is hosting an exclusive art workshop series based on traditional Indian art – Bulaayein Bharat (India Calling).

Under this initiative, we have successfully hosted workshops in Oman, Paris, Israel and Thailand with their respective Embassies and Cultural Centres. On Friday, 22nd April 2022 we are hosting a Pichwai Painting workshop with the Embassy of India, Vienna. We would like to extend our invitation to the students and faculty members of your institution. This workshop is FREE of charge.

It would be an honour to host the School of Art, Vienna at this exclusive workshop. You will have the opportunity to learn Indian art from award-winning master artists. Art is about cultural exchange between two regions, through this workshop we are taking the first step towards bringing the world closer to the Indian art heritage.

Aktuelle Coronaregeln in der Schule

Liebe Alle!

Wir hoffen ihr hattet angenehme und erholsame Ferien. Morgen beginnt wieder der Unterricht.

 

Zu den aktuellen Coronaregeln:

Während dem Unterricht und beim Arbeiten am Platz müssen keine Masken mehr getragen werden. Nur noch bei naher Interaktion mit anderen.

Es wäre gut einmal pro Woche einen PCR-Test zu machen. Pflicht sind zwei Antigentests in der Schule durchzuführen. Diese liegen immer vor Ort und können jederzeit benützt werden.

Sieben Schülerinnen und Schüler aus dem 2. Studienjahr der Kunstschule Wien laden zur Eröffnung ihrer Ausstellung ein.
Mit dem Titel “7 künstlerische Positionen in 7 Millionen Farben” dürfen wir uns auf eine bunte Sammlung farbenfroher Werke freuen, welche ab 25.03.2022 im Dessous Artspace, Geblergasse 101 zu sehen sind.
