Figuren- und Objekttheater-Ausschreibung [rookie-zucki]

dreizurdritten [rookie-zucki] ist zurück!
Nach 2010 und 2012 können wir heuer endlich wieder unser Nachwuchsprogramm angehen. Wir suchen dafür Künstler_innen aller Sparten, die „unser“ Genre ausprobieren wollen. Wir sprechen dabei gezielt Künstler_innen an, die bislang nicht oder kaum mit der Kunstform Figuren- und Objekttheater gearbeitet haben, und laden diese ein, kurze Performances (für Erwachsene!) zu entwickeln/zu konzipieren und bei uns einzureichen. Aus allen Einreichungen wählen wir vier Projekte zur Realisierung aus.
Die ausgewählten Künstler_innen/Gruppen bekommen die Möglichkeit, das Projekt auf die Bühne zu bringen. Dafür stellen wir einen Produktionskostenbeitrag von 750 Euro pro Performance zur Verfügung. Die Uraufführungen der Projekte finden am 21. März 2019, dem „Welttag des Figurentheaters“, im Figurentheater LILARUM statt.

The School for Curatorial Studies is an ambitious and challenging project promoted since 2004 and conceived as a school committed to experimentation and interdisciplinary thinking. The main goals are to spread the knowledge in the field of visual arts and to introduce the students to the professions related to the art world, focusing on contemporary curatorial theory and practice and contemporary museology. The School’s activities are meant for all those interested and passionate in art, graduated students or professionals who want to deepen their knowledge and improve their practical skills. The School’s teaching staff is formed by Italian and international professionals, scholars, historians and art critics of recognized experience. Among them: Amy Binding (Indipendent collectors), Matt Williams (curator), Luca Racchini (Venice Biennale), Chiara Barbieri (Peggy Guggenheim Collection), Louise McKinney (Serpentine, Whitechappel and Lisson gallery) Francesca Colasante (Pinault Foundation), Andrea Goffo (Found. Prada), Nicola Lees (Serpentine London).
Program The Summer School in Curatorial Practice will take place during the 58th International Art Biennale Venice. With an interdisciplinary approach, the course provides practical training and experience within museums and exhibition settings. Its international faculty includes curators and museum professionals, artists, critics and collectors. The course is designed to increase students understanding of the intellectual and technical tasks of the curator figure. English-taught lectures cover both theoretical and practical topics that go from the history of contemporary visual arts and practices of exhibition-making, to Exhibition Management. The students will participate in weekly activities, such as artist studio visits, tours of exhibition spaces, networking events and workshops. The program culminates with the set up of the exhibition.
The Summer School includes visits of specific art venues all over the city of Venice during the 58th International Art Venice Biennale. A series of selected case studies will offer the students an opportunity to observe the development of contemporary art. The School’s goal is to align these specific theoretical lectures with a practical approach. Besides the theoretical lectures, a series of laboratories and workshops aims to introduce the students to the work of critical text writing, press releases and to structure all the different aspects of publishing. The students will be offered the possibility of a gallery training and of setting up together—with one of our tutors, their exhibition in Venice, as a final project of the master.
June 4–August 2, 2019 First module The first module involves 350 contact hours: History of Curatorial Practices; Exhibition Design; Aesthetics and Cultural Theory; Contemporary Art History; Cultural Events Management and Organization; Curating Exhibitions; Fine Arts Management; Fundraising and Marketing/Workshop; Communication Strategies and Artistic Events Promotion/Workshop; New Media and Digital Technologies; Workshop on Critical Writing; Artist studio visits and visits to the 58th Venice Biennale (La Biennale di Venezia), Pinault Fond., Prada Fond., Peggy Guggenheim coll., VAC Fond., Vuitton Fond.
August 5–11, 2019 Optional: Trip to Brusells The program is very intensive, Brusells is an art city and is offering many opportunities:private galleries and collections. We will visit artist studios, public galleries and Museums of contemporary art.
August 13–24, 2019 The second module The second module is dedicated to individual researching and finalizing the final project. During this period of time the students will have to face practical duties, such as coordinating the artists, managing transportation and insurance policies, promoting and curating the promotional material.
August 27–September 3 2019 The third module The last part of the course lies in the production of the event. During this period of time all the work concerning the final event will take place. The students will coordinate the arrival and the display of the works of art and supervise all the different aspects related to the event, such as promotion, organization, last details about the publication, opening. After the presentation to the public, the student will be given the tools to professionally document the event.
Duration and structure The course has a duration of 450 hours. The participants will develop themes as well as concepts, organization, acquisition, communication and the concrete implementation of their skills together with the course director and international guests (artists, curators, architects, critics, fine arts scientists and publishers of art journals).

Feminisms have many different meanings to many different people in many different contexts. What we want to do in this semester’s Frauen*Forscherin is to feature people’s experiences with feminisms that are not discussed in the mainstream. Feminisms from below. We recognize a hierarchy that exists in the way we get to talk about our experiences, even within a self-described feminist environment. Our wish is to subvert this and replace it with a more horizontal structure. We want to see your visions that haven’t found their audiences yet. We want to give a platform for you to have your voices not only heard but validated and appreciated too.
The Frauen*forscherin is the course catalogue for Feminist theory, gender and queer studies in Vienna. Its next edition will be released in October 2018 and should open discussions and wants you to take part in those. It wants to be an outlet for various different voices and opinions, so let us know about your thoughts and ideas on this topic.
The call goes out to all genders. Send us your contributions as texts (poems, essays, verses, lyrics etc) or pictures (photos, collages, paintings, etc) in A5 format. We can offer you up to 80€ as compensation for your work, please estimate yourself depending on personal needs and workload. Texts sho uld be max. 9.000 characters (incl. spaces) long. Feminismen von Unten
Feminismen haben viele unterschiedliche Bedeutungen für viele unterschiedlichen Menschen in vielen unterschiedlichen Kontexten. Wir in der Frauen*Forscherin dieses Semesters die Erfahrungen von Menschen mit Feminismen, die nicht im Mainstream diskutiert werden, zu aufzuzeigen. Feminismen von Unten. Wir bemerken eine Hierarchie, die die Art und Weise wie wir drüber reden prägt, und das auch in selbst-ernannten feministischen Umfeldern. Unser Wunsch ist es dies umzudrehen und es mit horizontaleren Strukturen zu ersetzen. Wir möchte Eure Visionen sehen, die noch kein Publikum gefunden haben. Wir möchten Euch eine Plattform geben, um nicht nur Eure Stimmen hörbar zu machen, sondern auch um sie anzuerkennen.
Die Frauen*Forscherin ist ein kommentiertes Vorlesungsverzeichnis und Magazin zu feministischen Theorien, Gender und Queer Studies in Wien. Die nächste Ausgabe erscheint im Oktober 2018 und möchte eine Diskussion eröffnen und euch mit einbeziehen. Dabei soll möglichst vielen verschiedenen Meinungen & Stimmen ein Raum gegeben werden. Also lasst uns wissen, was eure Gedanken & Ideen zum Thema sind.
Der Call richtet sich an alle gender. Schickt uns Eure Beiträge in Form von Texten (Gedichte, Essays, Versen, Songtexte etc.) oder Bilder (Fotos, Collagen, Zeichnungen etc.) in A% Format. Les féminismes d’en bas
Les féminismes ont des différentes significations pour des différents personnes dans des différents contextes. Dans cette édition de Frauen*Forscherin nous voulons présenter les expériences des personnes avec les féminismes qui ne sont pas discutés dans le mainstream. Les féminismes d’en bas. Nous reconnaissons une hiérarchie qui existe dans la façon dont on parle, même dans les environnements qui se décrivent féministes. Notre souhait est de subvertir cela et de remplace avec une structure plus horizontale. Nous voulons voir vos visions qui n’ont pas encore trouvé une audience. Nous aimerions offrir une tribune à vous ne seulement pour faire vos voix entendues mais aussi appréciées et validées.
La Frauen*Forscherin est un programme de cours commenté et un magazine sur les théories féministes, Gender et Queer Studies à Vienne. L’édition prochaine paraît en octobre 2018 et veut ouvrir une discussion et vous en impliquer. Nous aimerions donner place à des avis et voix différentes. Nous aimerions donc connaître vos opinions et idées sur ce sujet.

Alttakilerin Feminizmi
Feminizm çok farklı bağlamlarda bir çok farklı insan için farklı anlamlara sahip. Bu dönemin Frauen*Forscherin’de yapmak istediğimiz, anaakımda tartışılmayan feminizmler ile kişisel deneyimleri ön plana çıkarmak. Alttakilerin feminizmi. Birbirimizle kendi deneyimlerimize dair iletişim kurma şeklimizde bir hiyerarşi olduğunu görüyoruz. Hatta kendisini feminist olarak tanımlayan çevrede dahi bu durum geçerli. İstediğimiz bu durumu yıkmak ve daha yatay bir ilişkiyi hayata geçirmek. Henüz bir dinleyici bulamadığınız fikirlerinizi görmek istiyoruz. Yalnızca sesinizi duyurabileceğiniz bir platform olarak değil aynı zamanda takdir edileceğiniz bir platform sunmak istiyoruz.
Frauen*Forscherin, feminist teoriler, Viyana’da cinsiyet ve queer çalışmaları hakkında açıklamalı bir ders kataloğu ve dergisidir. Bir sonraki sayı Ekim 2018’de yayınlanacaktır. Bu sayımızda sizin de yer almanızı istiyoruz ve bir tartışma açmayı hedefliyoruz. Böylelikle farklı fikirlere ve seslere mümkün olduğunca yer vermiş olacağız. Bu konu üzerine düşünce ve fikirlerinizin ne olduğunu bizimle paylaşın.
Çağrımız tüm cinsiyetler içindir. Katkılarınızı yazı (şiir,makale,dize,şarkı sözü vs.) ya da resim biçiminde ( fotoğraf,kolaj,tablo vs.) A% Formatı’nda gönderiniz. Çalışmalarınıza 80€ ya kadar destek verebiliriz, lütfen kişisel ihtiyaçlarınız ve çalışma yükünüz doğrultusunda belirtiniz.

Liebe Leute,
Wir suchen noch einen Cis-Mann der Lust und Zeit hätte mit uns am 1.August ein Forumtheaterstück in Leipzig aufzuführen? Meine Theatergruppe wurde von der Degrowth Summer School dafür eingeladen. Es sollte ein Cis-Mann sein weils um die Thematisierung von Geschlechterrollen und Pflegearbeit geht.
Fahrtkosten werden natürlich übernommen und ein kleines Honorar (50-100 €) ist wahrscheinlich auch drin. Und Forumtheater ist sehr lässig und der zu lernende Text kurz (Stück dauert auch nur 20 Min).
Kennt ihr jemanden oder habt ihr selbst Lust und Zeit dazu?
Falls ja bitte ich um rasche Zusage bis Montag, 16.7.
