Was: Purrr!_Femme!-ance!, ein eintägiges queer-feministisches Festival mit acht Performances und Publikumsgespräch im Rahmen der WIENWOCHE im September 2019. Wofür: du begleitest mich im Prozess, bist mein zweites Gehirn, meine rechte Hand, übernimmst z.B. kommunikative Aufgaben, Terminkoordination, Abrechnung und anderes. Wann: Ich brauche dich ab gestern bis Oktober, Zeitaufteilung und Ausmaß ist zu besprechen. Ab sofort bis Ende Juni ist mehr zu tun, Juli und August kaum was, dann heiße Phase. Event findet statt am 15. September, danach nur mehr Endabwicklung (Abrechnung etc). Ein paar Termine sind fix, den Rest machen wir uns aus Du: wohnst in Wien, hast Erfahrung in der Organisation von (Performance) Veranstaltungen mit Beteiligung mehrerer (lokaler und internationaler) Künstler_innen, gehst an dein Telefon/ rufst zurück, kannst Fristen einhalten, kommunizierst klar, bist genau, wach, zuverlässig, denkst mit und kennst dich mit dem Thema aus. Bonus: du kannst auf ein weites Netzwerk zurückgreifen, du bist queer, du bist femme, dein Arbeitsstil ist typisch Jungfrau Kohle und Kontakt: 1.000 € all in. I need you as my second brain and my right hand for any and every task. From communications to accounting, from feedback to location visits to coordination… From now until October. Workload: more in May and June, very little in July and August, high time in September. Event takes place on the 15th, after that just wrap up like accounting. Few dates are fix, rest negotiable. You: based in Vienna, experienced with organizing (performance) events with participation of several artists (local and abroad), pick up your phone / call back, keep deadlines, communicate well, sharp, awake, reliable and familiar with the topic.
